How To Order
There are tree easy methods for ordering our products:
- Use our fast and easy secure online ordering system.
- Call us toll-free to place your order (800) 828-4514.
- Send a check or money order for the full
amount. Use our shopping cart and select check or money order in the payment section and your order will be stored and will be sent after we receive payment. (Complete instructions will be provided upon checkout.)
All shipping charges are based on weight and location. We ship from Utah and Oklahoma. Most products ship for between $4.95 - $14.95 UPS Ground anywhere in the
Continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Canada, etc. will ship US Mail and International orders are subject to additional charges.
Shipping Methods (most products ship within one business day)
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Ground (up to 7 business days in the Continental US)
- 3 Day Service (up to 3 business days in the Continental US)
- 2 Day Air Service (up to 2 business days in the US)
- Overnight (by 3 PM & US only)
- International shipping billed to actual
30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
Most of our products have a 30-day satisfaction guaranty. If you are not happy with your item you may
return the item for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. You must have a RMA number to return an item. .
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the products. Credits are for the price paid for the product only. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty and may be
repaired or replaced through the manufacturer. Any media (i.e. software, video tapes, DVDs, books, software licenses, etc.) are not eligible for return. You must have a RMA number to return an item. To obtain a number, contact us. Any return not complying to the above or the return
instructions may be rejected or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
